Because infrared rays penetrate the body through conversion, there is a deep heating effect in both the muscle tissues and internal organs without putting too much burden on the heart. Using reforested Canadian Hemlock wood, the sauna walls are double-panel constructed with the thickest interior and exterior wood planks. This all translates to a quality sauna that retains heat more efficiently, heats up faster, and wastes less energy.

This sauna contains carbon heaters that produce a more direct distribution of heat. Assembly is simple with the snap-together technology and takes about an hour for two people to assemble.
